Apron helps local communities thrive by creating vibrant natural spaces where people come together to learn, share and grow. Apron's mission is rooted in the belief that creativity serves as a catalyst for positive change, and strive to empower individuals and communities to forge meaningful connections with nature, heritage and culture, foster sustainability, and cultivate resilience in the face of challenges.

Apron's local legacy includes a successful and established Community Garden in Buckingham Park, Shoreham-by-Sea, Sussex, offering a programme of educational and community events that nurture the local community.
As a result of this success Apron has been awarded the 30-year lease of a former equestrian site in South Lancing by Adur & Worthing Councils. Apron's aim is to bring the site back to life for the benefit of the local environment and community by creating a regenerative community farm, wetland, and heritage craft centre that offers the diverse local community an inclusive and accessible natural space to visit, nurture and learn in together.
